Just now, something amazing happened. It was a really nice peice of tech.
I used one of those automated voice recognition telephone services - and for the first time ever, I got all the way through without needing to speak to a human or resort to the “press 1 for x, 2 for y” system.
So, what was the important work that this technology was used for?
